1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Rzeczoznawca.ai platform (the "Platform") delivered as Software-as-a-Service.

2. Definitions

Provider — operator of the Platform. User — natural or legal person using the Platform under a service agreement.

3. Scope of services

The Platform provides OCR, RAG, DOCX opinion generation and Market Intelligence Agent capabilities under a subscription model.

4. Use conditions

The User undertakes to use the Platform in compliance with applicable law and not to upload third-party data without a legal basis.

5. Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, against a VAT invoice.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be filed at kontakt@rzeczoznawca.ai and will be answered within 14 days.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

This document provides a skeleton and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
